Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a contract where you live.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, especially the email address used for delivery.

What we sell

We sell digital game accounts. Each listing describes what is included. We check listings before publishing them, but details can change after a sale, for example if the game publisher alters the account.

Each listing is sold to one buyer only, and is marked sold as soon as payment is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment partners (PayGate.to and its licensed card partners, or Binance Pay) on their secure pages, and crypto payments on our own payment server (pay.fobimstore.com). We never see or store your card details.

For listings without online checkout, we agree payment with you by email before anything is charged.

Orders and delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, the account details are delivered by email or on your order page, normally within a few hours.

If your details have not arrived within a few minutes, contact us and we will resolve it.

We may cancel and refund an order if a listing turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraud or a payment problem.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content such as game accounts, that right ends once delivery has started with your consent. When you buy, you ask us to deliver immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the login is delivered.

Before delivery has started, you can cancel by emailing support@fobimstore.com, and we refund you in full within 14 days.

This does not affect your rights if an account is faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy.

After delivery

Secure the account as soon as you receive it. Change the password and, where possible, the email address.

We are not responsible for what happens to an account after it has been handed over and secured, including any action taken by the game publisher.

Fair use

Do not attempt to break into, disrupt or overload the site, and do not resell our listings as your own.

We may refuse service or cancel an order if these terms are broken.

Publisher rules

Game publishers often restrict the transfer of accounts in their own terms, so buying an account may carry a risk of action by the publisher against that account. You accept that risk when you buy.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
